Greek Training

The main partners of the training path were:

  • MOSAIC HUB (project partner) for the first training sessions

  • UNIVERSITY OF PATRAS for the others, and students of the classes
    Tourism, Technology and Business.

The project and the training method improved the participants' skills:

  • a realistic understanding of inclusive design and accessibility, skills valuable for their professional lives. The students became more aware of the difficulties people with disabilities face in accessing museum spaces, and several participants learned the importance of promoting inclusive environments.

  • Inclusivity: the participants' approaches to museum management and accessibility were improved by the exposure to various points of view and ideas, working divided into multiple teams. The student’s professional networks were expanded by this experience, which also encouraged them to apply creative solutions

  • Teamwork: As participants worked together to understand the concept of “living and for all museum”, collaborative teamwork became essential, encouraging communication and teamwork.

  • European values: A greater understanding of the meaning of cultural diversity and European values were shared among participants
